At Women's, we want to ensure your high-performance gear fits perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all athletic tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports apparel items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing box, ensuring all original hangtags and protective liners are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse team inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
